Mary Anne has had a love of art since she was a child.  A double
major of math and art in college continued to fuel her passion.  
When she started studying Chinese brush painting over thirty years
ago under Jean Chua Shen, whe knew that she had found her
medium.  This style requires strength and energy and yet brings
peace to her soul.  Two trips to China and travels throughout the
world have influenced her work, with animals and people as her
favorite subjects.  Her work has been shown in numerous exhibits
in San Diego County and her paintings hang in homes throughout
the country.
